Girls Trip

The American comedy movie is doing quite well since its release on 21 July 2017. Girls Trip was written by Kenya Barris, Tracy Oliver, Erica Rivinoja and directed by Malcolm D. Lee. The comedy movie is about four long-life friends who plan a weekend getaway. The girl’s trip is to New Orleans for the Essence Festival. Girls Trip dropped 3 numbers on weekend box office 25-27 August to occupy number 11 from 8. In its sixth week, at the box office, it generated a weekend gross of $2.2 million on what is regarded as the slowest weekend in 16 years.
